Scott Hospes
Is a systems engineer and
certified project manager with over 15 years of industry experience
working on projects across Canada, the United States and Europe.
The scope of his responsibilities as the founder of Elangeni
include managing the relationships across the customer base
as well as looking at process improvements from the aspect of
service delivery. Mr. Hospes leads the Infrastructure and Business
Solutions practices of Elangeni as well as working as an architect
for Enterprise solutions and delivery. Mr. Hospes has a long
history in the Pharmaceutical field and provides continual guidance
and best practices for dealing with qualified and validated
environments.
Mr. Hospes’ technical and business understanding provide
him with a strategic vantage point to implement “best
practices” solutions to Elangeni’s client needs,
with specific focus on delivering ROI benefits to his clients.
Prior to founding Elangeni, Mr. Hospes was a service delivery
engineer working for the EDS Government Services division based
in Canada. His expertise is extensive in Integration/Operations,
Deployment, Architecture and Standards/Procedures. |
Peter Hunt
Is a highly respected consultant with over 20 years industry
experience in the fields of Information technology and Telecommunications
across Australia, Europe, and the US; disciplines include all
facets of infrastructure and software product engineering, platform
re-engineering, applications migration, deployment services,
as well as ITIL methodology and process.
Prior to joining Elangeni, Mr. Hunt served in a key function
for Microsoft Australia running customer integration and operations
for the innovation center, enabling him to provide a keen insight
into the inner workings of Microsoft platform architecture and
ensuring smooth integration of Microsoft products for Elangeni’s
clients.
Mr. Hunt’s has particular expertise in Security, Messaging/Mobility,
VoIP/SIP, Integration/Operations, Consolidation, Deployment,
Web, Internet/Intranet, Network Integration, and Standards/Procedures. |
Hector Alvarez
Is an accomplished consultant
with over 15 yrs of IT experience, focused on Messaging/Mobility,
Mail Migrations, Active Directory, Virtualization Technologies,
Citrix and Network Integration. Mr. Alvarez is responsible
for the Elangeni Managed Services practice solutions delivery.
Prior to joining Elangeni, Mr. Alvarez was a Senior Messaging
Engineer for IBM\Maersk, supporting Microsoft Exchange servers
worldwide. As part of the IBM/Maersk messaging team, Mr. Alvarez
was responsible for all operational aspects of the global
Exchange infrastructure and was part of the global migration
team from Lotus Notes to Exchange.
Before IBM/Maersk, Mr. Alvarez was a Systems Administrator
for Americas Systems Inc., a software development company
specializing in transportation applications. Here, he also
helped to deploy cutting edge technology for clients such
as Sea-Land Services. |
Ashay Gharat
Is a PMI certified Project
Manager with comprehensive strategic planning and large-scale
implementation experience, with particular expertise in Project
Management, Change Management/Business Process Re-engineering,
Business systems implementation & analysis, and ERP/CRM
implementation. Mr. Gharat possesses two MBA degrees in Management
Information Systems and Marketing. Mr. Gharat is also certified
as an ITIL® Practitioner.
Mr. Gharat has over twelve years experience in business solutions
and information technology. Mr. Gharat provides Best Practice
Strategy Consulting advice around various facets of ITIL, Project
Management and Business Process Improvement to Elangeni clients.
Mr. Gharat is also a Microsoft CRM expert having implemented
the product since its first release. Mr. Gharat was recently
responsible for the successful implementation of a $10 million
multi-national money transfer system for an Elangeni client
where he managed an international team through all aspects of
the development and implementation of this system. |
Pat Leccese
Has a long and distinguished career
in Sales & Marketing and leverages his 25 years of experience
and comprehensive business expertise to identify opportunities
for Elangeni. His expertise spans various industries, including
but not limited to distribution, manufacturing (process and
discrete), services and life sciences. In his career, spanning
more than 25 years, Mr. Leccese has worked with or for such
prestigious firms as Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and ADP.
Working closely with client management, Mr. Leccese uses a process
centered focus to get an understanding of a client’s operation.
Using the blend of his in-depth business knowledge, and armed
with the client’s operational information, Mr. Leccese
then develops an overall game plan for Elangeni to provide a
targeted solution to meet that client’s needs. |
